Seth Cassaday is a Master Plumber and Class A Contractor serving the Charlottesville and Albemarle communities. His company, Cassaday Service, can handle every plumbing need from typical household service calls, to complete plumbing systems for large custom homes. He is highly skilled in troubleshooting, retro-fitting, and problem solving all plumbing and plumbing-related issues. He specializes in maintaining the plumbing in many of UVA’s historic buildings, and has worked with a variety of local contractors and homeowners on a wide range of projects. With a large, modern well-equipped shop and van, Cassaday Service also offers backhoe services for major jobs.
Originally from Visalia, California, Seth grew up in the construction business, working for over ten years in his father’s building company which specialized in custom homes and large commercial projects for the State of California. He learned all aspects of the construction business, but found that plumbing was what he was especially good at. In 2000, Seth decided to go into business for himself and relocated to Virginia.
Seth is married, with two children. In his spare time, he has built on his technical skills and become certified as a commercial pilot, flight instructor, and airplane mechanic.
